Challenge
The Great Barrington Libraries aren’t just places to borrow books anymore. They’re community hubs, with technology facilities and physical spaces that have to do more than ever before. Their old website didn’t reflect the vast range of services and technology available to patrons and was hard to use to boot.  

Outcome
We  completely rebuilt the site from scratch, with partner Gemini Creative, and made it easy for everyone to find what they’re looking for — including the books! We made sure the site was simple enough that any patron could navigate the site effortlessly with minimal effort, even on their phone. And thanks to our intense user journey analysis and customer profiling, we were able to create pages that work seamlessly for both young and senior visitors.
